Each game page has 4 download buttons, Steam Cracked is the usual one you want, but there is also Steam Clean in case you want to download the clean files for your own use or if you want to crack it yourself, Crack Only which is just the crack on its own, and finally Online Fix if it exists for the game, with it you can play multiplayer through your steam account.
All games are uploaded in a 7z format which you can use 7-zip or programs like it to extract the file and open the game's exe file to play, unless you downloaded the clean version of which you need to crack it yourself before you can play.
